Surrounding Area

It is a historic 17th century Residence which is located on a small quiet cobblestone street in Mala Strana, just two minutes from the famous Charles Bridge. In the walking distance from the Residence Nosticova are about 20 foreign embassies (British, French, German, Italian, Japanese among them), the Czech Parliament and the Senate, several ministries, prominent galleries and concert halls as well as leading restaurants serving national and international cuisine. Nearby are the National theatre and Saint Nicholas cathedral. The elegance and enchantment of this building was recently renewed thanks to a complete reconstruction.

We offer you 16 suite/room - 4x royal suite, 8x junior suite, 2x deluxe room, 2x gothic room. Each suite/room is equipped with antique furniture, bathroom with bathtub/shower, air conditioning, satellite TV, radio, direct dial telephone high speed internet access, safe and minibar.

Rooms/Suites

Gothic deluxe room, named Vaclav IV or Johanna Bavorska, are located on the ground floor and are warmly decorated and feature a rich interior with beautiful vaulted ceiling. The rooms are 25sqm and have one queen size bed 160x200. Room amenities include air-conditioning, LCD TV with international channels, DVD and CD player, safe, mini bar and high speed internet access. Both Gothic Deluxe rooms have private marble bathroom with shower, tub and bidet.

Deluxe attic rooms, named Anna Svidnicka or Alzbeta Pomoranska, are located on the top floor and are decorated with rich interior. The rooms are 23,2 sqm or 32 sqm and both have one queen size bed 160x200. Room amenities include air-conditioning, LCD TV with international channels, DVD and CD player, safe, mini bar and high speed internet access. Both Deluxe rooms have private marble bathroom / shower, tub and bidet. Anna Svidnicka Deluxe room has beautiful view of famous Prague Castle.

Each Junior Suite has it's name according to Czech or international famous names. The rooms are located on different floors and are warmly decorated with rich interior. The Junior Suites are of different sizes, from 32 sqm to 38sqm and have either one King size bed 180x200 or one queen size bed 160x200 or two twin beds 90x200 on request. Some of the Junior suites are equiped with kitchenette, others have a sitting area with fire place. Room amenities in all Suites include Air-conditioning, LCD TV with international channels, DVD and CD player, safe, mini bar and high speed internet access. All Junior Suites have good sized marble bathroom with shower, tub and bidet.

Royal Suites are located on different floors and their size is between 42 sqm with the largest Royal suite, The Royal Attic Suite the size of 82 sqm. The Suites are warmly decorated and have sitting area or separate living room depending on the Suite. The Royal Attic Suite has a kitchenette and a small balcony. All Royal Suites have queen size bed 160x200 and a sofa bed. Room amenities include air-conditioninin, mini bar, LCD sat TV, DVD and CD player, safe and high speed internet access. All Suites have a marble bathroom with shower, tub and bidet.

Amenities

Restaurant Alchymist at the end of the 16th century Prague became the center of occultism. The eccentric Emperor Rudolph II brought in the spirit of the late Renaissance through his passion for mysterious arts and science. Many alchemists from across Europe came to Prague to enjoy the generous patronage of the Imperial court. The obsessed Rudolph II employed more than 200 alchemists and charlatans in the hope of discovering the secret formula for converting base metals into gold. Despite no apparent results up to now, the challenging research still goes on, mostly in our kitchen.HEALTH CLUB The Alchymist Grand Hotel and Spa offers a fully equipped gym situated in a unique gothic cellar.
