On the northwestern hills of la spezia, aside the breathtaking coast of the 'cinque terre'(4km), the hostel 'tramonti' is situated in the ancient hamlet of biassa. The village is situated on the verdant hills surrounding the gulf and it is the main doorway to the 'cinque terre' and to the several pathways crossing the hillside. Absolutely after 2.30 p.m. And untill 11.00 p.m. (not in the morning ).
Opening time from 07.00 a.m. To 10.00 a.m. And from 2.30 p.m. To 01.00 a.m.
Curfew:1:00 a.m.
Lock out and cleaning: 10:00 a.m - 02:30 p.m. Wc and showers are kept closed and guests are asked not to stay in the hostel
We ask a refundable deposit for room and locker�s key( 5,00 euro/only cash).
Cancellation policy :
We accept cancellation or modification of your booking only by e-mail(not by phone) 36 hours before your arrival.

Refreshments are available - breakfast:the breakfast start 07:15 a.m. And close 09:15 a.m., bar, hot and cold self-service meals, and packed meals. We have special arrangements with local 'trattorie' (small restaurants) of the area.

In reception we have englsh spoken receptionists, public telephone, mountain-bike rental, information service, organized excursions and sightseeing. In our common room you can enjoy television and dvd video, table games and a library.
All parts of the hostel are wheelchair accessible including restrooms and shower facilities.

Please note: the property management reserves the right to conatct the customer and ask the cvv code of the credit card in order to guarantee the booking.

Directions

BY BUS FROM LA SPEZIA:
Leave La Spezia Train Station by the main exit and turn right. Go down the iron stairs (not the stairs in front of the main exit). Pass by the road, take via Castelfidardo on the left and go straight for 300m. You'll arrive in Piazza Brin (a square with trees and a fountain in the middle) - the bus stop is on the left side of the square, close to newspaper kiosk.
Take bus number 19. The journey time is about 20 minutes.
Monday to Saturday the bus departs at 6.15am, 6.45am, 7.35am, 11.20am, 12.20pm, 1.15pm, 4.20pm, 5.10pm, 6.10pm and 8.10pm; Sundays and public holidays: 1.20pm, 2.40pm and 6.40pm. Please note that there are no buses on Easter Sunday or the first of May.
There are additional services from a different stop. At 2.10pm to 7.10pm (Mon - Sat) and 7:35pm (on Sunday), the bus stop is in Corso Cavour at civic number 140. To get there from bus stop in Piazza Brin, walk on the left side for 600m until you reach civic number 140.

We offer a pick-up service to and from Riomaggiore. Please contact us ahead of time to arrange this service.

How to reach La Spezia:
Airport:
From Pisa is 85km; from Genoa 110km.

By train:
Railway lines Roma - Genoa - Turin, Bologna - Parma - Genoa, or Florence - Pisa - La Spezia Central Station.

BY CAR:
From Milan: (via Genoa) Take the A7 Milano to Genoa then the A12 from Genoa to La Spezia, or (via Parma) the A1 from Milano to Parma then the A15 from Parma to La Spezia.

From Turin: Take the A21 from Turin to Alessandria then the A26 from Alessandria to Genoa then A12 Genoa to La Spezia.

From Ventimiglia: Take the A10 from Ventimiglia to Genoa then the A12 from Ventimiglia to La Spezia.

From Roma: Take the A1 from Rome to Florence, the A11 from Florence to Pisa and then the A12 from Pisa to La Spezia.

For all: exit: La Spezia/S. Stefano Magra, direction La Spezia.
