B&b Burchielle

B&B Burchielle is located in the historical Venice Centre. It's a new, finely furnished B&B on the top floor of a typical Venetian house.
All the rooms are not smoking and have private bath/shower.

NOTE: BREAKFAST NOT INCLUDE!! it is on Request!
Although breakfast will not be served, tea and coffee Facilities will be provided in the room (self serve) and we are glad to offer you a bottle of mineral water and croissant as 'welcome' .

Air Conditioning included but starting from June till October!

We have the restaurant: 15% of reduction.

Check in in the B&B is possible only later 10.30am (before 10.30am we are close) But the room will be ready starting from 12.30, we will keep the bags.

Check out: 11.00 end if you need we will keep the bags.

Monday is the day-off: Please to be sure about the meeting with the manager, Please to call us one day early to organize the check in!

the B&B is on the 4th floor: no elevator!

B&B Burchielle has ensuite room for 04-05 people but in case we are fully booked, we give you an apartment or we will move you in our B&B Partners:

B&B Flat CàCorte: THE NEW "Bed and No Breakfast Venice" in the 'San Stae' Area near RIALTO Bridge.
Only non smoking rooms are available - all have private bathrooms.
>All of the rooms are equipped with private shower/bathroom, private
heating and cooling system (air conditioning is an extra charge),
hair dryer, small refrigerator, and kettle.
>Although breakfast will not be served, tea will be provided (self serve)


B&B Cà MaddaElena:
It's nice Bed an Breakfast with double rooms all with King-size bed, kitchen use and private bathroom/shower.
Breakfast is not included but the air-con is always included.
It is located near Piazza San Marco and the Rialto Bridge...

DAY TAX NOT INCLUDE: 3 EURO PER DAY PER PERSON.

Directions

From the airport take the regular bus to Venice and stop at Piazzale Roma.
From the railway station take 'vaporetto' (public boat) line number 2 and stop at Piazzale Roma or you can go by walk, 5 min.

From Piazzale Roma, look for 'Trattoria alle Burchielle'.

The restaurant and B&B is over the 'Tre Ponti' in the street of: 'Fondamenta alle Burchielle'.
