farah-guesthouse is located in the heart of Amsterdam. Close to the longest shopping and business street in Amsterdam but in a quite area. Only minutes away from the major tourist places and nightlife spots.Museums, coffee shops, bars, banks, laundries and markets are located within our neighbourhood. Schiphol Airport can be reached within only 20 minutes by car or train.

Farah-guesthouse is situated in the centrum between the famous Dam square and the old historical street the Singel. It is set in the seventeeth century monumental building.
The guesthouse is recentley renovated with all modern comforts. The Spuistraat is nice and lovely street where restaurants, shops, cofee shops, bike rentals, banks, cinemas, museums etc.

Please note that the city tax, 5%, is not included in the room rate.

Breakfast not included in the on-line room rate but available at the hotel directly upon request at extra 8 euro per person

Directions

FROM CENTRAL STATION

From the Central Station it is only a 3-4 minutes walk to Farah guesthouse. Coming from the Central Station (main entrance opposite the trams), your eyes will easily be caught by a big Victoria Hotel advertising sign. We politely suggest to take this as your guiding star on your way to us. When you have reached it, turn to the right and walk until the first trafficlightThere turn to the left about 50 meter you will see on your right hand Leger des Heils. Walk in this street straight on. will now find yourself in the beginning of the Spui straat. Our B&B is on the left side at number 61.

PARKING

Three minutes (walking) from Farah guesthouse you can park your car in an underground car park opposite Central Station. If you walk back direction Central Station, just before the Lovers canal boats you will see theParking garage
