Directions

Should you arrive by air, there are two options for the twenty minute drive into the City.

The airport shuttle bus is $15.00 one way. Taxis are approx. $35 weekdays and $45 weekends. Both will drop you off at Central City Backpackers.

If arriving by bus from within Tasmania
- Redline Terminal is 2 1/2 blocks from the Central City Backpackers, straight down Liverpool Street (towards the City), turn right onto Murray Street and then left onto Collins Street. We are immediately on the right.
- Tassielink Terminal is straight down Elizabeth Street, and turn right after the mall onto Collins Street. We are on the left near Murray Street.
