Located just outside Toronto, Linden on the Lake B&B offers tranquility, value for money and beautiful views over Musselman's Lake. Come & watch the sunset from the lake; swim; ski; boat, fish, walk in the forest trails, visit the Belgian chocalatier 300 ft from our property & just enjoy the fresh air & relax. Ideal for a few days' break away from the city or if you want to totally unwind for a week and spend some time in the Canadian Cottage country. In-house reflexology also offered for guests! Travel time is only 20 - 35 minutes depending on where you are in Toronto - we are only 57 km from the CN Tower.

A few steps from a private beach with two docks, Linden on the Lake has been newly renovated, and features a spacious living room on the main floor and den on the lower level for guests to enjoy.

Each individually decorated, non smoking guest room is comfortable and spacious. A full complimentary breakfast is provided daily and home cooked evening meals can be arranged in advance.

Nearby attractions include the York Region forests that offer breathtaking walking trails in summer and winter; a beach on the lake; wind surfing; golf courses; mini-golf; several eateries and gift shops like "Tempest in a Teapot". The nearby town of Stouffville has a not-to-miss country market to explore and horseback riding next to our B&B.

FROM THE AIRPORT:
Take the 409 East to the 401 Highway. Continue east on the 401; exit at the Don Valley Parkway. (Do not take the Don Valley South - keep left to take the 404 heading north towards Newmarket. After about 24 km, exit RIGHT onto Bloomington Road. Travelling east, you cross Woodbine, Warden, Kennedy, McCowan, Highway 48 and then at the next light, turn left onto Ninth Line. In about 3 minutes you will come to hills; at the lake the road curves sharply to the right. We are the first property beyond the Wagon Wheel Ranch : #14769 Ninth Line, L4A 7X3. Tel: 905.640 6667.

FROM DOWNTOWN TORONTO BY CAR:
Take the Gardener Expressway East to the Don Valley Parkway north. Continue north on the Don Valley Parkway. When the 401 exits on the right, stay in the 2 left lanes which becomes the 404 North. FROM DOWNTOWN TORONTO VIA PUBLIC TRANSIT:
From UNION station, take the GO train to Stouffville. The trip will take you about 55 minutes and the ticket will cost $6.75 for an adult. If you pre-arrange with Linden on the Lake, they will pick you up at the train station, less than a 10-minute ride.
