Bella Vita Retreat in Ft. Lauderdale (Pompano Beach) offers a an active yet serene environment for our guests to shape up and rejuvenate themselves. Set on a quite strip of private beach, we are located in a small surfing town with plenty of ocean, sun and sand for the perfect beach workout.

Retreats are held at The Ocean Sands Resort and Spa. Our guests are able to take advantage of our results oriented programs and experience the benefits of a full resort. This boutiqe resort boasts 89 beautifully appointed rooms with fine linens, granite counter tops, flat screen tv's, workstation in room, view of the ocean and tile floors.
