Loved, loved, loved it! It was hard (really hard for someone like me who HATES to exercise) but I truly enjoyed it. The classes were fantastic and so was the hotel. It's a no joke program though. Don't expect to not work. :) ... more

Oh how much I enjoyed Vita Vie Boot Camp!!! I was there in March 2010 and all I can say is..... thank you for getting me going again!! I just ran my first 5K this morning.....and never stopped once!!! I even finished in the top 10 for my age category!! I would have never been able to do that last year.....I wouldn't have even tried!!!! Vita Vie got my mind and body engaged in really caring and maintaining the body that the Lord has given me to take care of!!! Every activity challenged me but ... more
