Our farmhouse is in the small, quite village of Kercem which is only 5 minutes away from Victoria, the capital city of Gozo. In this small village there are two mini markets, a butcher shop and the church, the local Band Club and the local football athletic club. There are nice walks leading to the country side, and to the seaside village of Xlendi. In Victoria, there is the daily market, cinema, theatre, the fortified Cittadella, shops, bars, winebars, and coffee shops. You will find plenty of historical and interesting places to visit around Gozo, plus beautiful sandy and rocky beaches and a crystal clear Blue Sea, surrounding the whole Island.

Vacation Rental Property

Razzett il-Hena is a 4 bedroom farmhouse, having three bedrooms on the 1st floor, all three with two single beds in each, of which one is the main and is en-suite and having a terrace overlooking the pool/BBQ area on one side and the internal yard on the other side. The other two bedrooms have a toilet with shower next to them. In the main bedroom there is an a TV set plus a phone. The other two bedrooms also have a TV set. All rooms have ceiling fans. From the corridor a door leads to a staircase to the internal yard, and an internal marble staircase leads to the ground floor. On entering the property one finds himself in a large sitting room with stone arches and a stone manger, a sofa and two arm-chairs and a two-seater settee, (these are convertible and may also be used as extra bedding), gas-operated fire-place, one TV set and DVD player. Next there is a toilet with shower, a corridor having a sliding door to the internal yard, and 4 steps leading to the kitchen. A kitchen/dining room complete with fridge/freezer, microwave, gas cooker and electric oven, all modern utensils are available, plus one fire-blanket, two fire-extinguishers, smoke detector and one TV set. Next is a double bedroom with one arch and two stone mangers, and a window overlooking the BBQ area and pool. There is a telephone (Easy Line) and also a safe. From the kitchen through a large sliding door one walks out onto the BBQ area and large pool & jacuzzi, covered with mosaic tiles and a mummy and baby Dolphin as its main theme. The BBQ area is furnished with a BBQ, 2 tables and 16 chairs, 3/4 large umbrellas, and 8 sunbeds. There is also the washroom, complete with toilet and shower and automatic washing machine. Also outside at the back of the washroom, one finds an outdoor shower. All bedrooms and bathrooms are fully furnished with sheets and towels. Available also are : one extra fridge'freezer, baby's equipment, such as: 2 cots, 2 playpens, 2 high chairs , iron & ironing board, 2 hair dryers, radio/cassette/cd player, plus free WiFi.

Lots of historical and interesting places to visit.Peaceful walks during the night in some of the narrow streets of Victoria, city of Gozo, some of which are nicely decorated with plants and flowers.

Directions

From Malta International Airport, an almost one hour drive to Cirkewwa to catch the ferry to Gozo.On arrival at Mgarr, Gozo, a 20/25 minute drive will take you to Kercem.
