Services Offered

We conduct our popular 7 day retreats in stunning surroundings overlooking the ocean, that include daily classes in Yoga, Tai Chi & Meditation. We also observe a peroid of silence on Friday.

At the Tranquillity Retreat we accommodate people from many different backgrounds, some with a good understanding of meditive practices, and some with very little, if any, whilst giving attention to each and every guest throughout their stay with us.
