Hostal Arroyo

Welcome to the 'Hostel Arroyo!' We are a great hostel and will provide you with all the things that you need! We have private rooms with en-suite or shared bathrooms. Our hostel is clean, calm and safe (the entrance is controlled 24 hours.)

The hostal is located in Mano de Hierro street, perpendicular to San Juan de Dios street, very close to all points of interest such as the Cathedral, Alhambra, Calle Elvira, Plaza Nueva, (historical area). Around our Hostel our customers can find the main streets for shopping, restaurants, pubs, discos, bar of tapas... etc. Rooms have private bathroom and others shared one, tv and \'WITHOUT\', heated and air conditioning.

Rooms on the loft (without bathroom and without elevator) have a fantastic view over the city, Sierra Nevada and the Alhambra. Family run hostel. English and German spoken... and more. We hope to see you soon at Arroyo, where we provide the best service.

NOTE 1: our triple ensuite room has one double bed + one single.
NOTE 2: We will try to assign you the type of required room, but in some cases this will not be possible.
If you only wish the required room, then you must contact us by email after making your booking and to warn us about it.
NOTE 3. We only accept cancelations via hostelworld.com or e-mail.
If you do not cancel your booking at least 24 hours prior \'to the time of indicated arrival\' your credit card will be charged for the first nights accommodation total.

How to get to Hostal Arroyo:

Þ Coming by car: On the motorway exit from junction 128, Mendez Nuñez, you will arrive in a traffic circle, take the direction that indicate you centro-mendez nuñez. Once in this street, go straight on for 1 Km and keep by the track of the right until you see a four stars hotel on the right called Granada Center, pass it and take the biburcation that you will find 150 meters more ahead on the right. Once here take the second right, Rector López Argüeta, (the first one on the right is a car park). Go to the top until the end of Rector López Argüeta. there turn left and immediately turn again to the right, follow this street and at the first corner turn left, enter in this street called arandas and at the second corner left you must enter again. this arroyo street.
Þ Coming by bus: When you arrive at the bus station in Granada you can catch a taxi 5 - 7 € (8 - 10 minutes), or you can take bus number 3 or 33 to Gran via nº 3 which is also know as the ' Triunfo ' stop. 1,20€ (10 - 12 minutes). Get off and look for San Juan de Dios street, it is on the corner, continue straight on and the Hostal is located on the 5 th corner on the left (Mano de Hierro nº 18, it is small), in front of the great church (Basílica de San Juan de Dios). In the corner there is a bookstore called Babel.
Þ Coming by train: Walking it is quite near.
When you arrive at the train station in Granada you can catch a taxi 3 - 5 € (6 - 8 minutes), or you can take bus number 3, 33 or 5 to Gran via nº 2, 1,00€ (5- 3 minutes, 3 stops including the first). Get off and look for San Juan de Dios street, and the Hostal is located on the 5 th corner on the left (Mano de Hierro nº 18, it is small), in front of the great church (Basílica de San Juan de Dios). In the corner there is a bookstore called Babel.
