Candy Residence is a smoke free, concrete building located in the heart of downtown and across the Univeristy of Ottawa. The location makes this building ideal for students, professors, tourists and everyone who comes to enjoy the wonderful winter and summer months in Ottawa.
Each suite has two fully furnished rooms with a fully equipped kitchen and a washroom. Each room in the suite is rented separately. There are 2 rooms in the suite. The suites are designed to provide students with maximum comfort. Each floor also has a washer and dryer.

The biggest advantage of living at Candy Residence is the proximity to University of Ottawa and major attractions in downtown Ottawa. The following are within two blocks from Candy Residence: A convenience store, A salon, 4 restaurants, A book store, Dry cleaning services, A pharmacy, University health clinic, A business/stationary mart.
*Check in times: Mon-Sun before 5:00pm. *No Shows (not arriving until 5:00pm) will be charged one night's stay unless informed earlier. Please call to confirm time of arrival if you arrive later than 5:00pm *Check out time: Mon-Sun 12:00 noon. Parking Available depending on availability for a fee.
Directions from Hwy 417 East: take Lees Ave. exit. Take left at stop sign. Follow road(road will become King Edward Ave. ) Candy Residence is on your right side, accross from university of Ottawa 641, King edward Ave.
Directions from 417 West: take Mann Ave. Exit. Follow road and road will become King Edward Ave. Candy residence is on right side 614, King Edward Ave.
When coming by Vogageur bus terminal take 417 East and follow directions stated above. Or take bus#97 to university of Ottawa and walk south on Somerset. until you come to King Edward Ave. Turn left on King Edward Ave. The building is less than half a block away.
From Airport: Take Bus #97(Kanata) to University of Ottawa. Follow directions stated above.
From Train Station: Take Bus #95 to University of Ottawa. Follow Directions stated above.
