Description
Our guesthouse is located in one of the most important street in Vina del Mar. This on a quite street, near churches, restaurantes, cafes, pubs and supermarket.
At 10 minutes walking you get to the nearest beach, and 5 minutes to the downtown.
It has 5 rooms between singles and doubles with equipment at your disposal (tv cable, refrigerator, etc). The price this includes a big breakfast with all kind of fruits. If you would like to stay a month it would include breakfast, lunch, dinner and laundry once a week
It also included a beautiful and big garden with swimming pool and good sight all arround.
Please note that this property is suitable for people under 50 year old
Directions
Agua Santa is a very important and long avenue, besides Avenida Las Mercedes (where is a Church 'Gruta Lourdes')
Metrotrain and buses are 3 minutes walking from home.
The principal international airport (Pudahuel) is in Santiago (the capital
from Chile) and one hours and half from the airport to our home.
