Perissa is on the southern part of the island of Santorini and is the most famous black beach of the island.
The Villa is surrounding with olive trees and a very large garden. The stone walls with the traditional fence keep the Villa private and far from noise. The hall environment is really relaxing.
All apartments have from 1 to 2 separate bedrooms and can accommodate from 2 up to 6 people. There is a nice tilled swimming pool with sun beds and umbrellas and outdoor hydro aero massage.
Each apartment has very nice and big private balcony with nice view, comfortable chairs and table, full equipped kitchen (electric stove, refrigerator, coffee machine, water boiler, microwave and all kitchen utilities) , safe deposit, satellite TV, cd DVD player, hair dryer, iron facilities, private computer for FREE internet access in your apartment, WIFI, Air condition, large bathroom with 24 hours hot water.
WITH ALL THE APARTMENTS WE OFFER FREE CAR FOR ALL THE DURATION OF YOUR STAY (except the period 25/7-24/08). The car is a small townie car for 4 persons that we offer you for FREE from our own car rental company. Includes third part and theft insurance, free kms, all taxes. After your request we can give you free transfer from the port or the airport to your apartment. All the apartments have an outdoor barbeque area that you can use for free.
Continental Breakfast is also included.

We're located in Perissa, just 400m from the beach.
If you've booked more than one night's stay there's also a free pick-up and drop-off service to the port or to the airport. For guests who have booked only one night's stay we are available to offer only the free pick-up service.
Please send us an email or call us at least three days ahead of time if you'd like to avail of this service and include the following information:
If you arrive by boat: Name of the boat and the arrival time.
If you arrive by plane: Flight number and the arrival time.
