Situated in the heart of district VII, the cultural centre of the city and a designated world heritage site, it is surrounded by buildings of historic interest as well as bars, restaurants and venues. Three minutes walk from Franz Liszt Square with its leafy open air restaurants and the world renowned Liszt academy, home to regular recitals. Close to the magnificent Andrassy St. with its famous opera house. Easy walking distance to the main shopping area of Vaci St., the Danube and also City Park and Szecheni Baths. All manner of shopping available from early morning in the historic covered market across the road.

At the end of Akacfa St. is Blaha Luiza Square, a transport hub with metro, tram and bus access to all parts of the city. The 'Oktogon', beside Franz Liszt Sq. is a similar transport hub.

Sitting room: Large, well proportioned and bright with two three seater leather couches, pine table and Afghani kilims.

Kitchen/ Dining room: Newly built, fully equipped, modern kitchen with separate dining area that will comfortably seat six people.

Bedroom 1 has king size bed. Has separate door to bathroom.

Bedroom 2 has one single and one double bed.

Bathroom has bath/ shower, toilet and wash basin.

There is a separate WC also.
