Hotel registration and check in is available only to guests who are 18 years of age and over, and are recorded on the reservation at the time of booking . Children (under 18 years) must share a room with an adult . No pets accepted . Requests for an early check-in will be subject to availability and will not be guaranteed, unless the room is reserved for the night prior to arrival, which will incur an additional night's charge . Although we will do our utmost to provide you with the room of your choice, please also be aware that any room preferences including smoking or non smoking, floor or view cannot be guaranteed . Upon check in, a cash payment or credit card pre-authorisation is required for accommodation in full (if not prepaid in advance), plus an additional $200 cash and a valid form of photo identification or $100 credit card pre-authorisation per night to guarantee incidental costs . Parking: Valet parking is available for an additonal fee of $55 . Guests can also use the Crown multilevel car park at a fee per entry Please note our Pool & Gym will be unavailable from the 13th of April until the 7th of May 2015 and re-opening on the 8th of May, due to major works being conducted in the area . Alternatively, the Pool and Gym facilities at Crown Metropol or Crown Towers will be available for use during this time .
