The Old Government House Hotel Spa is the longest established and most historically famous hotel in the Channel Islands. As a hotel it dates back to 1858 prior to which it was the official residence of the Queens representative to the Bailiwick of Guernsey - The Lt. Governor. The OGH, as it is now affectionately known, continues to be the leading hotel on the island.
