The Dan Eilat is an upscale, full service Hotel located on southernmost tip of Israel. Eilat is easily accessible from Egypt and Jordan. Both the city center and a major shopping center are less than a half-mile from the hotel.<br><br>Open for dinner, Rotisserie Restaurant beckons guests to sample Provencal specialties in a warm, sophisticated setting. Food Fair serves international cuisine for breakfast and lunch. Moby Dick is the perfect spot for casual, lunchtime fare. The Siesta Lobby Lounge serves vegetarian dishes and pastries. Shipudei Habistan serves Middle Eastern cuisine for dinner (closed on the Sabbath). Regata Restaurant offers an Italian menu (not kosher). The Fiesta Nightclub is the perfect place to dance the night away. 24-hour room service is available. During summer months, guests can escape the heat with a visit to the beach or the freeform outdoor pool.
