Located on El Medano beach, with views of Cabos famous Arco, Villa del Palmar Beach Resort and Spa is a 20-minute walk from downtown and a short drive from the Airport.<br><br>The property has recently completed renovations and upgrades. Guests will first notice the facade of the Hotel painted in warm earth tones to capture the essence of a true Mexican vacation. Poolside, the much-loved signature whale slide has been refinished, the sundeck is now a sleek flagstone surface, a fire pit-accented Lounge Bar serves fresh margaritas, and a new boutique for both necessities and luxuries round out the offerings. Guests will enjoy relaxing in updated rooms with new soft goods and amenities to make the most of their getaway. <br><br>For dining, there are two restaurants, a cafe, bar and room service. Exclusions: phone calls, Minibar and room service, Palmita market, deli and Ice cream parlor, Restaurant special events (40% discount applies), Private chef service, kids club program and babysitting services, all wine, sparkling wine, champagne and liquors by the bottle (35% discount), take away food and beverage items.<br><br>All suites have satellite TV, central air, clock radios, purified drinking water, dining tables, and kitchenettes or kitchens with refrigerators, microwaves, toasters, coffeemakers, and two burners. <br><br>Guests also have access to neighboring resort Villa del Arco's 31,000 sq ft Desert Spa.
