The 99 room Jefferson hotel reopened in august 2009 following a two year renovation the scope of which will ensures its position as washingtons finest small hotel. 	Cancellation Policy	Cancel 18 Hour Before Arrival. Cancellation penalty is 1 nights including tax. Reservations must be cancelled by 6.00 p.m. local hotel time on the day prior to arrival in order to avoid a penalty equal to the first nights room and tax charges
