Located in an exclusive residential neighborhood, on a secluded white sand beach, The Kahala Hotel and Resort is only minutes from the world class shopping and entertainment of Waikiki. The Kahala Hotel and Resort, in the prestigious Kahala residential area overlooking both Diamond Head and Koko Head, is an idyllic getaway with gracious service and warm hospitality.br><br>The Kahala Hotel and Resort offers 338 rooms in two 10-story towers and a two-story Dolphin Lagoon Terrace. The resort features a full service spa with 10 private spa treatment suites, the CHI Health and Fitness center with state of the art equipment, Jacuzzi, sauna, and steam room, an outdoor swimming pool and separate children’s pool, a children’s club program, specialty shops and boutiques, complimentary Hawaiian cultural activities, complimentary surfing and stand up paddle lessons (upon availability), a business center, and a complimentary resort shuttle to Ala Moana Shopping Center, Waikiki, and the Kahala Mall. The resort’s 26,000 square foot natural lagoon is home to dolphins and the Dolphin Quest program, where guests can arrange dolphin encounters. Dining options include contemporary Island cuisine at Hoku’s, casual fare at Plumeria Beach House, the outdoor Seaside Grill, and cocktails and entertainment at The Veranda.<br><br>All guest rooms are approximately 520 square feet with finely appointed with light tropical palettes and island touches. Each guest room features a plush pillow top bed, flat screen TV, writing desk, and oversized bathroom with dual sinks. In room amenities include complimentary wireless Internet access, in-room safe, coffee maker, robes, slippers, hair dryer, and luxury toiletries. Scenic Rooms have a combination shower/tub. All other rooms feature an oversized soaking tub and separate glass shower. Dolphin Rooms are located in the two-story Dolphin Lagoon tower and have a view of Kahala’s resident dolphins in the lagoon.
