Description
A one-block walk from one of the world's most famed beaches, the OHANA Islander Waikiki is a family-friendly hotel located nine miles from Honolulu International Airport. Local attractions include downtown Honolulu, approximately four miles away, and the Waikiki Aquarium, located one mile from the property.
Guests may relax on the sundeck, take a dip in the outdoor swimming pool and whirlpool, or start the day right in the fitness center. Other amenities include a bank with currency exchange services, babysitting services, laundry facilities, free wireless Internet access in the lobby, elevators, parking (for a fee), ice machine, laundry services, 24-hour front desk, fax services (for a fee), and tour services. Dining options include Bambooze, Luau Joe's Pizza, Subway Sandwiches, and a Starbucks.
Guest rooms feature air-conditioning, alarm clocks, coffeemakers, Internet access, free local and long distance calls to the U. and Canada, voicemail, hairdryers, safes, irons and ironing boards, refrigerators, cable TV, movies on-demand, video games, and newspapers. Complimentary rides on Waikiki Trolley's pink line throughout Waikiki and to Ala Moana Shopping Center is also included.
Note: this property will be undergoing extensive renovations to the lobby, restaurant, shops, business center, and the swimming pool through 2007. The swimming pool will be closed throughout 2007, but guests may use the pools at any of the other OHANA properties.Amenities
