Maui Beach Hotel is located on the shores of Kahului Bay, approximately three miles west of Kahului Airport and five miles from Iao Valley State Park. Kaahumanu Center is half a mile away, Alexander & Baldwin Sugar Museum is five miles away, Hookipa Beach Park (windsurfing beach) is 12 miles away, and the historic whaling town of Lahaina is 26 miles from the hotel.
Hotel amenities include the freshwater swimming pool (second floor), sundeck, restaurant (second floor), cocktail lounge, gift shop, data port internet access, meeting rooms, wheelchair access and complimentary shuttle service between the hotel and the airport. The Rainbow Terrace Dining Room and Pakalana Lounge are in the hotel. The hotel also offers room service, free parking, safety deposit, and coin-operated laundry facilities.
