Guests with pets will receive a welcome packet and pet-friendly in-room amenities, plus a selection of additional items and services available through the concierge. Because the hotel thoroughly cleans rooms after each pet, a 25 per-night fee is charged, as well as a 100 one-time cleaning fee. The guest of record on any hotel room reservation must be 21 years of age. The hotel requires a credit card or deposit at check-in to cover incidentals at the hotel; if no incidentals are used, the funds will be returned at check-out.
