Located in the heart of the Central Business District of Downtown Dallas, HYATT House Dallas Uptown is minutes from the new American Airlines Arena.<p>HYATT House Dallas Uptown is also approximately 1 mile from the Dallas West End Historic District which is a turn of the century warehouse area converted to shops, restaurants and museums. <p> In addition, complimentary shuttle service is available Monday through Friday from 7 am-9pm within a 3 mile radius of the Hotel.<p>Hotel amenities include outdoor pool, fitness center, whirlpool. <p>Guest rooms at this all-suite hotel feature fully-equipped kitchens, living rooms with cable TVs with VCRs, and separate bedrooms.<p>Pets are allowed for a $250 non-refundable cleaning fee. Pets are not allowed in the public areas. A small area for walking dogs is provided outside the hotel. Pets must be caged or guest must be in room when housekeeping is present. HYATT house will allow up to 2 Housebroken household pets (defined as a dog or declawed cat) per room. The hotel will charge a Non Refundable fee of $150.00 for the 1st pet and an additional $50.00 fee for the 2nd pet in the room. Pets cannot exceed 50 lbs. Service Animals are exempt from fees.
