The Hyatt Place Plano is located approximately half a mile from Tinseltown USA and 25 miles from Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport. The Hotel is also half a mile from Willow Bend, three miles from Stonebriar Mall and Doctor Pepper Star Center, seven miles from Lake Dallas, 12 miles from Southfork Ranch, and 40 miles from Cowboys Stadium. <P> Hyatt Place is an exciting and innovative new select service hotel offering more of what is important to today's travelers. Guests enjoy a spacious guestroom with a 42-inch high-definition flat-panel TV, signature Hyatt Grand Bed, a plush Cozy Corner oversized sofa sleeper that is separated from the sleeping area, and complimentary high-speed wireless Internet access throughout the hotel. The innovation extends beyond the guestroom. The Gallery is a warm and open area that features a self-registration kiosk, an intimate coffee cafe, a TV den, and an e-room with free access to a public computer and printer. Guests at Hyatt Place will also enjoy a free continental breakfast each morning or freshly prepared menu items for a fee, a 24-hour Starbucks, a seasonal outdoor pool, and a 24-hour fitness room. <p> Hyatt Place will allow up to 2 Housebroken household pets (defined as a dog) per room. The hotel will charge a Non Refundable fee of $150.00 for the 1st pet and an additional $50.00 fee for the 2nd pet in the room. Pets cannot exceed 50 lbs each. Service Animals are exempt from fees.
