Park City is located a short 35 minute drive from the Salt Lake City International Airport. Park Avenue offers over 60 well-appointed condominiums in a beautiful mountain setting. Summer activities include golfing, biking, tennis, hiking, fishing & horseback riding. Winter activities include world class skiing, snowboarding at the Park City Mountain Resort, Deer Valley Resort, which is skiing only, and Canyons. Park City also offers terrific shopping & over 80 restaurants ranging from casual dining to haute cuisine.Accommodations range in size from one-bedroom to four-bedroom condos. The condos offer fully equipped kitchens, comfortable bedrooms, spacious living rooms, & great location. Gold rated units will receive housekeeping every other day of the guests stay. All Silver rated and Bronze rated units will receive 1 midweek clean for stays of 6 nights or longer. There is a four percent reservations fee added to all reservations for stays from Nov 2 - Apr 12. There is a three percent reservations fee added to all reservations for stays between Apr 13 - Nov 1. The price includes the property's resort fee. Front desk and pool is closed from Apr 13-May 21 and Sept 7 - Dec 11, however, guest spas/hot tubs are available daily from 4:00pm to 9:00pm Once you've arrived in Park City- Proceed to the Park Avenue condos located at 1705 Captain Molly Dr in Park City Utah 84060. Turn right into the Park Avenue complex, then turn left at the fork in the road. Near the pool area, you will see the check in office at Park Avenue. The office is closed Apr 17-May 26 & Sept5-Dec5. You will check in via the lockbox located next to the front office building. Inside the wooden cabinet, you'll find the metal lockbox. Enter the lockbox code, turn the knob and collect your check in packet with keys & the condo number that has been reserved for your stay.
