Cotton House has long enjoyed a reputation as an elegant private retreat for sophisticated vacationers, celebrities and royalty. Originally an 18th century coral warehouse and sugar mill, this luxury resort is located on the Grenadine island of Mustique, situated on a picturesque hillside surrounded by the Caribbean Sea to the west and the Atlantic Ocean to the east.<br><br>Each of the 17 luxurious guest rooms, cottages and suites offer the finest features and amenities: soft French cotton linens; bathrobes; Contemporel bathroom products; pillow menu; individual climate-controlled air-conditioning; ceiling fans; flat screen TVs; DVD players; mini refrigerators; CD/stereos; in-room safes, beds draped in decorative voile netting, twice daily personal maid service. Each room offers panoramic views, all with private patios or verandas and several with private plunge pools. Wireless Internet access is available throughout the Resort.<br><br>Dining at the resort is indulgent, as the Executive Chef creates a daily menu using fresh ingredients combined with imported delicacies. Breakfast can be enjoyed in-room or on The Great Room Veranda, lunch is served at the Beach Cafe overlooking Endeavour Bay (one can also order a picnic lunch to enjoy off property), traditional afternoon tea is served daily in The Great Room, and dinner is served by candlelight on the Veranda. Guests can also enjoy their meals in the privacy of their veranda or terrace. The resort offers an excellent cigar menu for after dinner relaxing and on Tuesday evenings, there is a weekly cocktail party where guests can meet and enjoy hors d oeuvres and champagne.<br><br>The resort sits between two beaches: Endeavour Bay on the Caribbean Sea and L Ansecoy Bay on the Atlantic side. Guests can enjoy water sports such as windsurfing, snorkeling and scuba diving. Non-motorized water sports are complimentary, except scuba diving. The resort also boasts a swimming pool, full-service Spa and fitness center.
