Upon arrival at your selected property a Credit Card pre-authorisation will be required and will be used to cover incidental items including (but not limited to): mini bar, telephone calls, breakages/damages, excessive cleaning charges above the normal level of cleaning due to the apartment being left in an unacceptable state, etc .
