	Cancellation Policy	Cancel 7 Day Before Arrival. Cancellation penalty is 35 including tax. You have up to 7 days to cancel with a 35 fee less than 7 days and a full forfeit of the prepayment. Exceptions may apply during holidays- special events or conventions.
