As backpackers, we felt a little out of place at this more couply ryokan, but it was a welcome change of pace after staying at more traditional backpacking hostels. This place is very quiet and has a midnight curfew, so it won\'t be for you if you\'re looking to get loaded on Spring Break. However, if you are looking for a peaceful place to get a good rest in relatively inexpensive private rooms, this place is great. It also gave us a chance to experience what a Japanese inn is like (floor mats, Japanese rooms, green tea in our rooms, etc). The owner is very friendly. This place is also very close to the aquarium.
Friendly staff and nice atmosphere
