The hostel is located in quiet surroundings at Rosenborg, a 15-20 minutes walk from downtown.
We have reasonable accommodation, good breakfast and a lovely view of Trondheim.

ALL THE ROOMS BOOKED THROUGH HOSTELWORLD HAS BUNKBEDS AND SHOWER/WC IN THE HALLWAY.
To book a room with private shower/wc (also bunkbeds) please call the hostel directly.

The hostel has approx. 170 beds and a total of 49 rooms. 12 rooms have shower and WC (call the hostel to order these). The rest of the rooms have cold and hot running water. For these rooms the sanitary rooms are located in the corridor.
All rooms have bunkbeds.

Other facilities are lockers, washing machine/dryer, self catering kitchen, game room and tv-lounge and free Internet.
Free parking for our guests (get a parking ticket from the receptionist).
Breakfast is included.

Trondheim is beautifully located by the river Nidelven and the Trondheimsfjord. The town was founded by Olav Tryggvason in 997. Nidarosdomen Cathedral is one of Trondheim's many historical and cultural sights. Discover the special wooden houses of Bakklandet, terraced flats along Nidelven and the classic wooden town houses from the 17th and 18th centuries.

Directions

The hostel is situated northeast of the centre, a 20 minutes walk from the train station.
Bus: Bus no. 63 from "Munkegata" (city center) to Sigurd Bergs Allé.
By car (from the north): Turn left at the crossing at Rosendal/Lademoen Church and follow the signs to Rosenborg. Turn right after 500 m and follow Weidemannsvei until you see the hostel sign.
By car (from the south): Continue north after the centre to Rosendal/Lademoen, follow signs to Rosenborg and hostel.

Airportbus: The bus stops at Rosendal before the city centre. Follow the signs to Rosenborg as described over (5 minutes walk).
