The professionally designed 18-hole Negril Hills Golf Course is less than a ten-minute drive from our gate.

Our 2 & 3 bedroom, spacious & comfortable rustic family-style cottages are designed for maximum beach life enjoyment & offer casual beach vacation living.
you can rent one unit, several units or the whole property for family reunions or weddings.....

If the whole property is rented we can accommodate 34 guests.

All cottages include fully equipped kitchens are fully screened and have ceiling fans in all rooms, (no A/C as the cottages are set in shady gardens)

Every cottage has 1 Kingsize bed, there are 2 single beds in each of the other bedrooms. There are 2 bathrooms in the 3 bedroom cottages, the two bedroom cottages have one large bathroom.

Daily maid service is included in the rates.IF YOU STAY IN A COTTAGE you can even order a delicious home cooked Jamaican meal, as we include cook service for one meal per day in our COTTAGE rates only, (guests provide all groceries needed for meals)

We also feature 3 lovely air-conditioned spacious & luxurious 1 BR oceanfront suites with daily maid service included, each suite has a king-size bed & have private verandas right out on the beach front.

Cook service is not offered in these suites since most vacationing couples do not want to shop & cook but prefer to do drinks, breakfast & snacks in the kitchenette & eat out at the many local places that we are close enough to walk to.....

Our recommended friendly drivers have their own well equipped & maintained vans & taxi's & are happy to see to all your transportation needs, including private airport transfers at reasonable rates.....they check with you each day if asked.They are available for grocery shopping & can take you on tours & shopping trips for unique Jamaican wood carvings & handicrafts in local markets, or even on fully guided day trips to the beautiful Jamaican countryside. You can choose to visit several pristine waterfalls that are a nature lover's delight, an exotic market day trip to nearby Savanna La Mar, scenic Lover's Leap & the thrilling Black River Safari on the South Coast as well as many other special & beautiful tours...just ask us!Our beach guard makes it easy for your lounge to be placed right on the sand for sunning or in the shade of beach front palm trees.He will also arrange for local operators to give you the best rates on the wide range of water sports that Negril is so justly famous for.He will be glad to watch your belongings should you choose to do water sports or take a walk. If you wish to read a book or take a nap he will make sure you are not disturbed.Our friendly night watchman is on duty patrolling our grounds from sunset till sunrise while you sleep

Cottage 1 has three bedrooms and accommodates six people.There is a half-bath in the cottage, and one full modern bathroom with an open-tiled shower right outside.$180/night for two people.

Cottage 2 is larger, and features three bedrooms, which accommodates six people. There is one full bathroom in the cottage, and another full bathroom just outside.$185/night for two people.

Cottages 3, & 4 can each accommodate four people.They feature two large bedrooms, one deluxe tiled bath room inside, and a lovely open family room/kitchen.$185/night for two people.

Cottage # 5 is our newest 2 BR cottage that sleeps 4 guests & is even more spacious,it is our only unit designed with handicapped access,and has a huge bathroom, living/dining area, and kitchen.$195/night for two people

Add $30/night for each additional person over the first two guests in all cottages.

OUR BEAUTIFUL 1 BR BEACH FRONT SUITES ARE:The romantic air-conditioned SUN DECK suite has a king-size bed in a lovely beach front room with a fabulous ocean view & features a large open sun deck with total privacy from any neighbors.It has a nice tiled bathroom & a large walk-in closet.There is a new kitchenette with a coffeemaker, blender, toaster, 1 burner & fridge in the room. The ocean view is breathtaking, and it's all yours! $200/night for two people.

We also feature two special & elegant 1 BR VERANDA suites which both have a romantic four-poster bamboo king-size bed with netting,a full kitchenette with a coffeemaker, blender, toaster, fridge, & 1 burner.They have an exotic outdoor shower as well as a lovely tile bathroom with another shower, a bidet, and a separate large his-and-hers dressing room.
These are among the most spacious and luxurious air-conditioned suites in all of Negril,you will fall in love with them. The view from your private oceanfront veranda is a romantic memory-maker, and it's the perfect spot for sunset watching,

A new fabulous deluxe & beachfront owner's villa Our personal 1 BR BEACHFRONT villa that we are now offering, it is a very open & spacious private luxury 1 BR beachfront villa, fully screened, it has king-size bed in a & large lovely beachfront A/C bedroom with a louvered ocean view.It has an exotic & lushly planted tiled outdoor walled shower garden, a designer bathroom with a bidet & second indoor shower & a large his & hers walk-in closet. There is a full kitchen with coffeemaker, blender, toaster, fridge, microwave, stove & sink. A large dining & sitting room & a separate living room. There is a large covered ocean front Veranda with a table & chairs, a hammock & a swing chair facing the ocean & the beach. The ocean view is breathtaking.
rate for 2 people is $325/nt.

Please add 8.5% JA hotel tax and10% gratuity for the staff tip pool as your only tip, to all rentals.
Roll-a-way beds are available in any unit to accommodate extras.All units have in-room security boxes.
We are at a 30% discount from the above WINTER rates in the off-season, from May 1 to Dec. 15

DEPOSIT AND CANCELLATION POLICY: A 50% Deposit is required to hold reservations at Nirvana. This is because we have such a limited number of rental units and we will refuse any potential inquiries for the unit and the dates you have reserved. Your deposit guarantees that the reservation you have made will be held for you. All deposits received will be confirmed by email or regular mail. Balance of rental is due 30 days prior to arrival, unless alternative arrangements have been made in writing.

All cancellations are subject to a 1 night cancellation fee. Balance of deposit (less the one night Cancellation Fee) is refundable if Nirvana is notified 60 days prior to arrival.

Any cancellations of a booking or reductions in length of stay or in number of guests reserved received after the 60 day limit are non-refundable unless we can re-rent the space.

Cancellations for the holiday months of December and January must be received by October 1st, or are subject to a non-refundable holiday season policy. By making a reservation with Nirvana you are agreeing to the above terms

40 mile drive from Montego Bay airport

I will be happy to schedule an airport pick-up for your arrival, as requested......

we need the airline, flight number & time you arrive in MBJ,

please look for your driver holding a NIRVANA sign at the exit from the airport
to the PUBLIC CURBSIDE, where the taxi's meet the arriving guests.

Cost for the one way pick-up is $65US for 1-2 passengers, or $25/pp for 3
or more passengers, you pay the driver directly, US money is fine for this.

Feel free to ask your driver to exchange US to JA money for you,
he will give you a reasonable exchange rate & he is 100% reliable.

He is happy to stop for a snack,a cold drink or for groceries on the way to Negril or he will take you grocery shopping in Negril after you check into Nirvana, just ask him for whatever you need & you can easily set up all your other transport requests directly with him.
