This is a comfortable two bedroom apartment in the heart of Botafogo, two blocks from the shore of Botafogo with the magnificent view of the mountain called Urca and one block from the metro station. There is also a bus stop in front of the building.
The apartment is located in a residential area where you can find supermarket, banks and commercial stores.

The apartment has a living room, two bedroom: 2 social bathrooms and one service, kitchen and a service area. Each room is equipped with two single bed and there is a sofa bed in the living room.
One room and the living room has air conditioner and the other room there is a portable fan. There is a balcony that has a spectacular view of Corcovado.

The building has a complete service, that is a playground, two pools: one adult and the other for kids, two saunas and a restaurant/bar. There is also a garage included in the price and a complete secure with many doormen 24 hours. ( to used the swimming pool is required health certificate)

Directions

From the airport take the 'REAL'.in get out at botafogo Praia Shopping and from there walk to São Clemente street.* is 3 minute walk.

From the bus station take any bus such as 136/173/172/and get off São Clemente street number 185 is beside HSBC bank.


If you take a taxi either from the airport or the bus station always ask the price before you take it.
