Lillehammer Hostell

Lillehammer Hostel is located at the bus- and trainstation in the city centre of Lillehammer. The shopping street, Storgata, is only 100 meters from the hostel, and you will here also find cafés and restaurants. Most of the sights in Lillehammer are within walking distance.

The hostel offers modern facilities and an informal atmosphere. All rooms have en-suite facilities, TV and Wi-Fi. We offer free parking and self-catering kitchen. Bed linen and towels are included in the price.

From May 2011 onwards, check-in takes place in the main station building, next to the tourist office.

Guests can buy breakfast buffet, price NOK 70 per person, at arrival. The breakfast will be served at First Hotel Breiseth - 100 meters from us - in front of the hostel. You will receive vouchers for breakfast.

Bus and train station and the hostel are renovating in 2011. This will cause some noise and construction activity on weekdays from 07.00 - 15.00. We apologize for the inconvenience this would cause during your stay with us.

From the station there are buses running to the alpine ski area of Hafjell and mountain village Nordseter/Sjusjøen, and to the theme park 'Hunderfossen'.

You coming by train or bus:

We are located on the 1. floor of Lillehammer bus- and trainstation. Take the elevator or 25 steps from the shop 'Narvesen'.

You coming by car.

From E6 follow the signs to Lillehammer. Drive straight ahead in the roundabout at the gasstation 'Statoil'. Drive on through the tunnel and turn left in the first junction.

To unload luggage: Drive to the shortterm- parking at the taxi- station about 50 meter up the road. Longterm parking: Turn to the left after 10 m. Drive under the railway, and leave your car at the end of the parking place. You can get a parking license in the reception or you can use your roomconfirmation. DO NOT PARK ON RESERVED PLACES
