The Forsythe National Wildlife Refuge, more than 40,000 acres of designated wilderness area, is barely two miles away. Tidal salt meadows, marshes, shallow coves and bays team with wading and shore birds during the fall and spring migration. Drive the eight mile trail or walk restricted paths through this protected natural wonderland. <br><br>Resort amenities include fitness facility, outdoor swimming pool, indoor swimming pool, two restaurants, and convenience store. <br><br>This property offers two bedroom/two bath villas with master suite. The villa has a maximum occupancy of four occupants included in rate with two additional occupants allowed for an extra charge. Room amenities include washers, dryers, iron and ironing boards, kitchens, dishes and utensils, and hairdryers. Jacuzzis and grills are available.<P>All Marriott Vacations Clubs in the USA and Canada have a smoke-free policy that applies to guest rooms, restaurants, lounges, meeting rooms, public space and associate work areas.
