Description of Surrounding Area
Dubrovik is situated on the South of the Adriatic coast that is opulence with beautiful islands and we would like to emphasize island Mljet.The island is rich with natural resources and there is one of the most beautiful natural parks.While staying at Katarina House do not miss the opportunity to visit beautiful beach Banje,island Lokrum or the town Cavtat.Regular boat tours from the Old Harbor will take you to Island Lokrum, Cavtat and other interesting destinations.Close to the apartment you can find sailing, boat hire,water skiing,wind surfing,walking,tennis.
Description of Vacation Rental Property
We offer to our dear guests house with two apartments accommodating 6 persons for rent. It is newly renovated, full furnished and located in an old authentic stone house with its own entrance.
The three star 'APARTMENT DANIJELA'' is situated in the centre of the old town of Dubrovnik, freshly renovated and refurbished. The apartment Danijela is about 60 sqm big. On your disposal is a bath-room with shower and a WC (towels included), a kitchen with all equipment for cooking and eating , a two double bedrooms (with the sheets), a TV and air-condition and a living room.
About 100 m from the apartments is an super-market, there are restaurants and coffeehouses and there is a big market for vegetables and fruits.
There is also a second 'STUDIO ROOM PETRA', about 20 sqm, with a mini kitchen with all equipment, a bathroom and a bedroom ( TV).
'AKA APARTMENT' is situated in the restored residential object which dates from the 16-th century.There are no stairs on your way to the house and it is not far from Stradun ;the main street in the old city of Dubrovnik.
Apartment Aka has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room and a kitchen.
Apartment provides the finest comfort, with antique style furnishings, includig all modern conveniences ( satelit TV,airconditional,washing machine).
The apartment is very suitable for the older guests and person who have problem with climbing stairs.
Everything you may need is within walking distance.
City beach is 300 m from the apartments ( east&west beach),from the old harbour boats leaves you to the beautifull small island Lokrum
The location of the apartment gives you opportunity to enyoy and be part of the Dubrovnik Summer Festival,from July 10-th till August 25-th every year ,where you can see performances of world stars in classic music,ballet,drama and folklore.
The town offers plenty of art exhibitions,museums and galleries.
Dubrovnik is a paradise for the seniors ,the young people, couples and especially for children since the city is free of traffic.
About 100 m from the apartments is an super-market, there are restaurants and coffeehouses and there is a big market for vegetables and fruits.

The first floor consists one studio apartment with one double bedroom,kichenette and private bathroom.On the second and third floor there is apartment which can accomodate 4 to 6 persons. Apartment consists two doube bedrooms, bathroom with wash mashine ,living room and full equipped kitchen. Both apartments are air conditioned.For our guests we make transfer from the airport to the apartment (extra charge).
