01 gg ROMA - TRIPOLI.

Arrivo a Tripoli nel pomeriggio, incontro con il nostro corrispondente e trasferimento in hotel. Cena e pernottamento in Hotel.



02 gg TRIPOLI - SEBHA.

Mattina dedicata alla visita della Città vecchia e del Museo Nazionale. Nel pomeriggio giro del Souk e trasferimento in aeroporto e volo per Sebha, capitale del Fezzan. Anticamente abitata dai Garamanti (città di Garama oggi Germa), era una via di transito, specialmente in epoca romana, per tutti i commerci provenienti dalle zone equatoriali.



03 gg SEBHA - AL AWINAT - AKAKUS.

Inizio del desert tour in 4x4. Partenza verso Al Awinat da dove abbandoniamo la strada asfaltata per inoltrarci nel deserto. Sistemazione e pasti in Campi tendati mobili.



04 gg AKAKUS.

Desert tour nell’immenso e spettacolare paesaggio dell’Akakus: è un arcipelago di roccioni nerastri dalle forme scolpite dal vento e dalla sabbia, che emergono dall’ERG, fiumi di sabbia, pareti a strapiombo, altopiani, guglie aguzze, questo è il Jabal Akakus. Sulle pareti rocciose di questo massiccio spiccano incise o dipinte centinaia di scene di vita preistorica, un grande museo rupestre, una testimonianza dei primi gruppi umani che abitarono l’attuale Sahara libico. 05 gg AKAKUS - ERG UBARI.

Usciamo dall’Akakus per entrare nell’Erg Ubari, area desertica abitata in passato dalle popolazioni Daudà. A nord dell’omonima cittadina di Ubari si apre l’immenso Erg, un tuffo nell’oceano di sabbia tra dune altissime e oasi paradisiache, un paesaggio dai contrasti cromatici forti, reso ancora più suggestivo e unico dagli spettacolari laghi, Mandara, Oum al ma, Mahfou e Gabraoun. Pernottamento in hotel a ridosso dell’Erg.



06 gg UBARI - LAKES - SEBHA - TRIPOLI.

Intera giornata dedicata alla visita della suggestiva zona dei Laghi. In serata, dopo la cena, trasferimento all’aeroporto di Sheba e partenza in aereo per Tripoli. Arrivo e trasferimento in hotel.



07 gg TRIPOLI - LEPTIS MAGNA - TRIPOLI.

Intera giornata dedicata alla visita del sito archeologico di Leptis Magna, il più imponente e bello della costa libica. Leptis, principale porto delle due Sirti, fu una delle più antiche colonie fenice d’Africa. Ebbe da Traiano il diritto di colonia, ma fu soprattutto grazie a Settimio Severo (nato a Leptis nel 146 DC) che raggiunse grandiosità e splendore edilizio. Nel pomeriggio rientro a Tripoli, cena e pernottamento in albergo
