A small single storey townhouse (ground floor) situated in a peaceful cul-de-sac of 4 other Spanish owned properties in the historic centre of Palma where narrow winding streets and quaint passageways criss cross with small squares and with amenities available. In a pretty seaside and historical area with friendly local people The wide Valencian door has shuttered glass windows and decorated ironwork rejas and opens onto a spacious open plan living area with vaulted beamed ceilings. A beautiful and unusual ceramic tiled floor is laid throughout. Near the doorway is a casual seating area with landline but could also double as a study area. The dining area has Moroccan wall lights and the second sitting area has a TV point, reverse air conditioning and a fireplace ready for a pellet or woodburning stove. Two bedrooms (one with ceiling fan)each with large wardrobes and cupboards and the modern bathroom is fully tiled with vanity unit, wc, bath and shower. The kitchen/diner has new kitchen units and appliances and opens onto the patio. Outside is a fully tiled outbuilding where there is storage space for gas bottles, garden furniture. etc. The sunny high walled private patio area has a southerly aspect and there are small shrubs and trees and was recently renovated with ceramic floor tiles and a traditional zigggurat tiled dado.
