Costa Rica means “Rich Coast” and once you see Playa Grande (“Big Beach”) you will know why. The beach is three miles long and nearly untouched because we are a National Park created to protect the endangered Leatherback Turtles. Nature’s playground is only steps away from our hotel where you can take your pick of waves. Take a stroll north and you’ll discover the ultra-secluded Playa Ventana and the black sand beach of Playa Carbon.

The RipJack Inn has eight individually decorated rooms nestled among lush foliage that includes banana, palm, and almond trees, tropical flowers and much more.

Rooms/Suites

The RipJack Inn offers two room types. The standard rooms are located in the main building on the first floor have one queen size bed, one single bed, private bath with hot water, air conditioning, ceiling fan, an orthopedic mattress and coffee maker. The cabina rooms are located in a separate building with only 2 units. In addition to the aforementioned, the cabinas have cable television and mini-fridge.

Amenities

The RipJack Inn is proud to feature Upstairs @ the RipJack. The restaurant is on the second floor nestled in the trees and boasts a panoramic view of the Pacific Ocean. We're open for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Services Offered

RipJack Inn is home to Yogalicious offering Hatha Yoga classes on Tuesday & Friday from 8am to 9:30am. We also can arrange surf lessons for the more adventurous and even arrange a massage after a long day.

Policies & Restrictions

We welcome pets. The name RipJack comes from our beloved four legged children. Ripley passed in 2004 and Jack Brown is the handsome guy you'll meet hanging around upstairs or frolicking in the waves. Our newest addition, Charlie can be seen lurking around looking for opportunities to beg.
