Description of Surrounding Area

Grand Turk is a small “Old World” Caribbean island. The island has maintained the charm of the colonial days due to the many antique colonial Bermudian buildings that line the walled streets. You’ll feel as though you stepped back in time as you venture out for an evening stroll. There are beautiful views from nearly every place you visit on the island. Many of the restaurants are seated on the edge of the beach, a romantic setting for a leisurely meal. The local people are friendly and welcoming. The Turks and Caicos are considered some of the safest in the Caribbean, they are British governed islands but the currency is the U.S. Dollar.

Description of Vacation Rental Property

Crabtree Apartments are 3 quaint single story units, side-by-side, nestled on the beach with gorgeous views of the Caribbean Sea. There are wonderful views from nearly every room in the apartment. Both the living room and one of the bedrooms open onto a large private beachfront verandah where you can relax to the sound of the gently lapping waves. The verandah is sure to be your favorite place to relax with cocktails while you watch the sunset or take pleasure in watching the color of the water change from royal blue to turquoise as you enjoy your breakfast.

Each unit has a fully equipped kitchen, 2 air-conditioned bedrooms, 1 bath, dining/living room with wonderful views and opens to a large, private verandah.

We are located on a beautiful quiet beach and are an easy 10 minute walk to town and restaurants.

Sleeps & # of Bedrooms

Each of the 3 units can accommodate 4 people comfortably. There is a queen sized bed in the beach side bedroom, this bedroom opens onto the verandah and beach. The second bedroom has 2 twins that can easily be converted into a king size bed. The bathroom in located between the two bedrooms and has a large tile shower. The kitchen, dining room and living room have a view of the sea and open onto the Verandah and beach.

Directions

Most flights from the States will take you to the island of Providenciales. You would take a local airline to Grand Turk, about a 20 minute flight. From the Grand Turk airport we are about a 5 minute drive to the west shore of Grand Turk.
