Women's Yoga Retreats
Description of Active Adventure
Guided Whitewater Rafting, Mountain Biking or Sea Kayaking. Beginner to expert level. No experience necessary, your guides will do the work!
Typical Day
Wake at sunrise to the call of "Hot Coffee!"... Yoga and stretching or meditation optional while your guides prepare a hot breakfast. On the water, floating quietly down a calm section through deep canyon walls or experience the exitement of shooting the rapids. Take in a side canyon hike, lunch along the left bank of nowhere then into camp for an evening of fun, laughter and chocolate fondue!
Age range, type of group
Minimum age is 14, no maximum! Grandmothers, Mothers, daughters, sisters, friends, singles, people who already know each other and those who come together and forge friendships on the river from all over.
Sleeping and meals
Camping kits are available for rent or you may bring your own gear. All meals are provided and prepared by the guides. You may bring whatever alcoholic beverages you would like.Camping is along the river or trail.
Restrictions
No pets.
