Description of Active Adventure

Diving in the Gulf of Papagay, Costa Rica, is a new adventure every day. Changing conditions of Pacific Ocean offer different encounters every day. Don't step back from occasionally lover visibility and sometimes impressive temperature changes when crossing the turbid thermocline...You will be greatly rewarded by swimming with sting-, eagle-, golden-, devil- and manta-rays, reef-sharks, schooling fish like grunts, snapper, jacks or spade-fish. The rock formations offer shelter to many different moray-eel, sea-horses, harlekin-shrimps and frog-fish.

Typical Day

I'm the owner of the Summer-Salt Dive Center since 3 years and my favorite activity is still going out every day to explore the reefs with certified or student divers.
Being close to divers, I use very basic, digital photo equipment and love to share experiences, tips and tricks for taking pictures, just as the ones shown here!
