Active Adventure

Women's Retreat on the San Juan River, Desolation Canyon - Green River , Idaho's Lower Salmon River, and the Green River through Lodore Canyon in Dinosaur National Monument. Rafting, yoga, hiking, intermediate intensity, beginner skill level.

Typical Day

This trip has become one of our most popular outings. Everyone on the trip from guides to guests will have time each day for meditation and yoga. A Yoga Instructor will facilitate these sessions. The facilitator(s) will also help you to relax and learn massage therapy, stress reduction techniques, and other wellness tools. Your women guides are experts at ensuring your comfortable and enjoying the passage through the West’s most spectacular rivers and canyons. They understand safety, and take pride in professionalism and impeccable service (did we mention the chocolate fondue and other delicious river delights?) Go on, give yourself a break . . . You’ve earned it!

Sleeping and meals

Camping along the river beach. Guides prepare meals starting with lunch the first day and ending with lunch the last day.
