The bathroom is newly tiled and fitted with a brand new shower "à l'italienne" and a washbasin, separate WC

The grocery store is on the same block as weel as the baker, the butcher , Franprix and the drugstore.
Direct bus to the Galeries Lafayettes, the Opera and a 15 mn metro ride to the LOUVRE museums.
