I am not sure which was more impressive, the lovely, quiet apt - it is on an interior courtyard - or the caring, helpful owner. The place has two bedrooms upstairs which is connected to the downstairs via a spiral staircase (it also has a separate entrance). The staircase is adorable but looks a bit tight in photos but my 84 year old parents joined us and had no problem going up and down. This charming duplex has been completely renovated in September 2011. With almost 100m2 (1075 sq/ft.) you get the feeling of being at home while enjoying one of the great areas of Paris.

On the first floor : Two bedrooms
One large bedroom is furnished with a queen size bed, two bedside tables with lamps, a chest of drawers and a large cupboard.
A second bedroom with twin beds upstairs + Cable TV. Both bedrooms look onto the courtyard with large windows.
The bathroom is newly tiled and fitted with a brand new shower "a l'italienne" and a washbasin, separate WC
