Exceptionally located in the limits of Serra da Bocaina National Park in Trindade district of Paraty, the Trindade Sea and Forest Hostel is nested in a small valley of beautiful Brazilian tropical rain forest named �Mata Atlantica�. This Atlantic rain forest is proven to have even more biodiversity to the square kilometer than the Amazonian jungle. As if this is not enough we are at only 3 min. walk to the Trindade fishermen�s village beach, which is one of the many beautiful beaches of clean white sand and transparent turquoise waters.
The whole area is a nature-lovers paradise.Between the cities of Rio de Janeiro and Sao Paulo it is one of the most scenic regions of� Brazil. At only 25 km away right on the coast line lays the charming� colonial town of Paraty.�
Our Hostel is composed of small comfortable wood cottages with a communal kitchen at your disposal. You will enjoy our delicious breakfast served on our huge wood veranda to� the sweet sound of our beautiful pristine crystal clear water cascade .To refresh yourself why not take a dip in its� cool waters.
In this birdwatchers paradise you will have the visit of many multicolored birds including toucans that come to feed on the native trees that grows on our land. If you are ready for action you can enjoy the multiple activities available such as trekking in the jungle, surfing, swimming,� boat excursions and then relax with the yoga classes on a spacious tile covered wood platform amidst the jungle.The globe trotters Suzanne and Osmar know exactly what a traveler is looking for and will do their best to serve you in the language you are most comfortable with: English, French, Spanish or Portuguese.
As for night life Trindade village is alive with the many Brazilian vacationers and the locals enjoying a stroll thru the small bars and restaurants serving delicious fresh sea food from the days catch.

PLEASE NOTE:Sorry we do not accept credit cards and there is no ATM in Trindade,so if you want to save a trip back to Paraty make sure you visit a ATM in Paraty.

Directions

From Rio de Janeiro: take the Costa Verde bus from the bus station called Rodoviaria Terminal Novo Rio to the town of Paraty (four hours ride) and then from the Paraty bus station take the public bus written Trindade or private vans on the main street as you come into Paraty just in front of the store named Marupiara.There is transport every 50 min. it is a 30-40 min. ride.As you arrive in Trindade you get down at the stop named Ponto de Lotaçao .It is right on the corner of the bakery (padaria) and it is one stop before the last stop.Then you can walk up the steet rua Pedro Rosa on your right side .You can follow the signs of our Hostel.If you cannot find us just give us a call.

From Sao Paulo:Take the Reunidas Paulista  bus from the bus station called Rodoviaria Tietê (wich is connected to the Tietê metro station)   to the town of Paraty (6 hours ride)and then from the Paraty bus station take the bus written Trindade or private vans on the main street as you come into Paraty just in front of the store named Marupiara .There is transport every 50 min. it is a 30-40 min. ride.As you arrive in Trindade you get down at the stop named Ponto de Lotaçao.It is right on the corner of the bakery (padaria) and it is one stop before the last stop.Then you can walk up the steet  rua Pedro Rosa  on your right side.You can follow the signs of our Hostel.If you cannot find us just give us a call
