Our guesthouse is located in Dubrovnik center, so all you need is within walking distance, and yet it\'s located in quiet and safe environment.
Near the house (3-5min walking) there is a shopping center, large supermarkets, ATM-s, post office, restaurants,coffie bars, discoteqe, gas station, internet club, banks, rent-a-car, bus stop.
Old city can be reached by 15-20 minutes pleasant walk ( by car or bus it takes only 3 min ), the beach 10 minutes, port 10 minutes (ferry to islands) and bus terminal 15 minutes of walking.
We offer you 2 types of ensuites ( rooms or apartment)
- ROOMS: Twin private ensuite (room with own bathroom)
- APARTMENTS: Double bed private ensuite or 3 Bed private ensuite ( apartments with own bathroom and Kitchen)
- Twin private room W with own bathroom equipped with sat TV. In front of room there is a large terrace with a garden only for guests, overlooking the sea and the islands. Exclusive use of fridge.

Apartments Lapad (Karaka, Nava, Galijun) are located in the close
vicinity of the most beautiful Dubrovnik promenade Uvala Lapad.
Built in 2005, they are equipped with modern furniture and
appliances including air conditioning, keeping your vacation a
memorable experience.
Apartments are located just 100 meters from seaside reachable
through one of the most beautiful promenades in the city that
has many restaurants, cafes and parks where children can play.
There are also post office, bank and a shopping centre in the
close vicinity as well as the bus stop.
Old Town is reachable by car, bus or taxi in 10 minutes.
apartment is 50 m2 in size and consists of two bedrooms, a
kitchen, bathroom and a living room with a sofa bed, dining room
and a balcony with a beautiful view of Gruž harbour.
Apartments are only 22 km away from the airport. You can take a
taxi or lokal bus from the airport to the main station.
