All around you will find numerous shops, restaurants and cafés. Practically just across the front door there is Europe's largest city park, the Eilenriede - with an acreage of 650 hectare. Ideal for those who like to run, walk or just enjoy nature.

Your home away from home is situated in a lovingly renovated building bearing the smell of Hannover's history. More than a century, the Pelican factory (still known allover Germany for the production of fountain pens) had its location here.

Our apartments vary in floor space and height. Therefore you can choose between a cosy attic, a standard apartment with ceilings of 4,5 m and other categories - according to your taste and budget. We provide 4 refreshingly different apartment types for you, sized between 16 and 28 sqm.

All our 173 apartments are equipped with:
shower/ WC, cable-TV, direct dial phone, large desk with small cabinet, modern pantry kitchen, wireless LAN ..to enable you to use your laptop.

What we offer in addition:
Continental breakfast buffet, a house bar, laundry center, available for your all around the clock, bread roll and newspaper delivery to your apartment door, special conditions in the neighbouring Fitnesspark, a contact person 24 hours a day, shopping service, iron and ironing board, DVD player on request.

How to get to us by public transports:

Arrival by train:
From central station you take the subway no.3 or 7 in the direction of LAHE or FASANENKRUG, directly to the stop PELIKANSTRASSE. Travelling time: around 8-10 minutes, Prices single ride 2 € day ticket 3,90 €

Arrival from airport:
You can take the subway no. 5 in the direction of HAUPTBAHNHOF (Central station), from there you take the subway no.3 or 7 in the direction of LAHE or FASANENKRUG directly to the stop of PELIKANSTRASSE.

Within a three minutes walking distance you will arrive at the front door of the Gästeresidenz PelikanViertel.
