The apartment is housed on the ground floor, it\'s well furnished, and there is a hall, a small sitting room with sofa a kitchen, a bed room with double bed, a bathroom with shower.
The flat is autonomous heated.
the apartment is available for 2 persons or for 4 persons ( in case of 4 persons ,we change the sofa with a sofa bed double


Conditions:
in the apartment there is not a reception, so each indvidual arrival must be arranged and confirmed for in advance directly whit the apartment without this information the guest will pay an penality of 30 euros
Minimum stay is 3 nights
Check-in is between 3 pm and 7 pm.
The arrival after 7 pm until 10 pm will pay 30 euros extra.
The arrival after 10 pm until midnight will paid 50 euros extra
Check-out before 10.30 am

the total ammount will be paid in cash at your arrival.

as soon as possible and in any case no later three days prior to the date of arrival the customer must notify to the apartment by e-mail of his expected time of arrival.and other pertinent information concerning the arrival time. if the customer fails to furnish the foregoing information, the apartment shall not be liable for any inconveniences encountered upon arrival. insofar as no reception facility operates each indvidual arrival must be arranged for in advance.

Towels and bed linen are not included in the price.it is on request with 30 euros extra in total ( not for people,not for every day,a change for all reservation )
