Odysseus Court Apartments

Odysseus Court - These maisonettes / apartments are in a quiet part of Xlendi. They consist of one or two bedrooms, a combined living/dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with bath and shower and each having its own terrace or balcony. With TV and satellite system. WiFi is available at a small extra cost.

All these apartments are on a self-catering basis with a weekly change of linen. Cots are free of charge.

Directions

The only International airport that services the Maltese islands is situated on the main island of Malta.

To get to Gozo either by ferry or seaplane.

You have various transportation options on how to get to Gozo.

You can board Ruote Bus no 8 from the Airport to the City Valletta, than another Route Bus no. 45 from Valletta to the Port of Cirkewwa. Again on Gozo board Route Bus no. 25 from the Mgarr Harbour to Victoria than another Route Bus no 87 from Victoria to Xlendi. I do not recommend this option if you are more than 4 people with lots of luggage.

To use the Seaplane, you will need to get a taxi or Route Bus no 8 from the airport to the Port of Valletta, board the seaplane, arrive at Gozo Mgarr harbour, than get another taxi from the harbour or board Route bus no. 25 to Victoria than Route bus no 87 from Victoria to Xlendi to the accommodation.

Your last option is a taxi from the Airport to the ferry Port of Cirkewwa and another taxi from the Mgarr Harbour to your accommodation.

The taxi / minibus involves a 50 minute from the airport to the Port of Cirkewwa situated at the northern tip of Malta. From there you will board a ferry to the Port of Mgarr - Gozo. This ferry ride is normally a 25 minute trip. From the Port of Mgarr another 15 minutes taxi / minibus ride to your accommodation.

Costs
A taxi with 1- 3 persons is €21.00 from the airport to Port of Cirkewwa.

A minibus with 4 - 10 persons is €25.00 from the airport to Port of Cirkewwa.

The Ferry has a regular 24 hour summer service and in the winter regular trips during the day and a night ferry service on request during the winter. No prior booking required except for night winter service. Ferry Rates & Time-table

Fares are € 4.66 return for adults and children fares are cheaper. Winter night time fares are slightly more expensive.

A taxi with 1- 3 persons is €16.00 from the Port of Mgarr to your accommodation.

A minibus with 4 - 10 persons is €18.00 from the Port of Mgarr to your accommodation.

Just to keep in mind the above taxi/minibus rates are special flat rate prices, if you personally hire a taxi / mini bus from airport stand, you will pay a higher price. These prices are the best deal you can get, and you are kindly requested to pay our driver directly. For us to book you our taxi/mini bus service we will need your flight number and time of arrival and number of persons in order to provide you with the appropriate taxi or mini bus.

Some direction to get to your accommodation:
Get to Xlendi bay first - as you approach Xlendi from the Victoria direction - you will go down a slight hill you will pass the church on your right side, as you approach the parking area keep to the left side of the bay you will see the St Andrew's Dive shop, proceed up the slight hill, you will pass the Cima Restaurant and the Terrazzo Restaurant, as you pass these two Restaurants turn to the street on the left side, proceed up the Hill, you will pass three streets on your left side, on the third street turn left again. This should be at the end of the first row of houses on your right side, park your car, you should be in what we call Odysseus Court.
